Monthly rent collected × 7%. Management period: 12 months; landlord notice: three months, not expiring before the period ends. A separate landlord administration fee of two weeks’ basic rent applies to each new letting or re-letting under the agreement (monthly rent × 12 ÷ 52 × 2).

Your details are included in the agreement. You review it and verify your mobile number before signing. Any additional owner signs next. Richmond Holmes then receives its countersigning email. Completed copies are sent after all signatures are finished.

Your details and property

Monthly management commission: monthly rent × 7%. The property rent will be agreed separately before a tenancy or lease is granted.

The commission is charged on rent collected under the agreement.

Attach identity and ownership documents if available. They are saved privately for Richmond Holmes. PDF, JPG, PNG, WebP or HEIC; up to 5 MB per file.

For a different individually agreed fee, Richmond Holmes will prepare a separate completed agreement for you.

Any request to begin services during an applicable cancellation period is a separate choice. This checkbox does not make that request.
