1.5% of total sale consideration. Initial sole-agency period: 16 weeks. 14 days’ written notice, not expiring before the initial period ends.

Your details are included in the agreement. You review it and verify your mobile number before signing. Richmond Holmes then receives its countersigning email. Completed copies are sent after all signatures are finished.

For a different individually agreed fee, Richmond Holmes will prepare a separate completed agreement for you.

Any request to begin services during an applicable cancellation period is a separate choice. This checkbox does not make that request.
