These terms supplement your existing tenancy or lease. They do not set a new rent, replace the tenancy or lease, or override statutory rights.

Your details are included in the agreement. You review it and verify your mobile number before signing. Richmond Holmes then receives its countersigning email. Completed copies are sent after all signatures are finished.
