Accept the general HMO terms online. Richmond Holmes then issues its property-specific offer for your signature, followed by its countersignature. The initial signature does not start the new appointment, fixed term, works or payment obligations.

Your details are included in the agreement. You review it and verify your mobile number before signing. Any additional owner signs next. Richmond Holmes then receives its countersigning email. Completed copies are sent after all signatures are finished.
