Monthly rent collected × 10%. Management period: 12 months; landlord notice: three months, not expiring before the period ends. A management renewal alone does not trigger the new letting administration fee.

Your details are included in the agreement. You review it and verify your mobile number before signing. Any additional owner signs next. Richmond Holmes then receives its countersigning email. Completed copies are sent after all signatures are finished.

Monthly management commission: monthly rent × 10%. The property rent will be agreed separately before a tenancy or lease is granted.

The commission is charged on rent collected under the agreement.
